Howdy folks. Would really love to post results from my AMD Phenom 9950-powered dual Quadro FX3450 machine (running XP x64), but I keep getting the error message about needing to have an "OpenGL compatible" GPU. Well, as you all probably realize, that's exactly what Quadros are for!
From reading a previous post in this thread regarding results of an FX5600 benchmark, some of you have presumably overcome this problem. Mind sharing how? I'm currently using the latest Nvidia "performance" driver for both cards (version 6.14.11.7540; 176.04 on the installer package I downloaded).
Feel free to request any additional info necessary. Will post back results (and full system specs) upon alleviation of this problem and successful benchmarking. Thanks guys.

Matt

P.S. I only post this here since this is the thread in which I noticed the results from a quadro card. Will be happy to begin a new topic if necessary. (In which case this post can just be disregarded/deleted).

Bump + amendment...

Have now tried both the Quadro graphics driver (178.26) and version 162.65 Forceware release. Neither worked.

Very odd problem. This thread (http://www.ozone3d.net/smf/index.php/topic,1658.0.html) talks about the same problem (in french). This seems to be a new problem with latest graphics drivers (both nvidia and ati). I let you know if I find something...

Hadn't seen that thread yet, but there are two more I'd encountered:

http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=457620

and

http://forums.nvidia.com/lofiversion/index.php?t60377.html

Note also that CPU-Z seems to report that I have SSE, so that is likely not the problem.

Hi folks...

I got a nice 703 score on my GeForce 6800Ultra (256MB) How is that ??????

Details:

FurMark 1.5.0:  http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/score.php?id=e23acb568b987b26c11b1235b5957a21
GPU-Z:            http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/dxwbd/
CPU-Z:            http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=451447

So what are you thoughts ? Is it nice at 703, though my card is "only" GeForce 6800Ultra ? (quite a bit old, but I love my GeForce Baby ;)

2x GeForce 9800GX2 in SLI certainly likes FurMark :) .. I wish all my games would perform like that :p
It should say 4 active GPU's, not one. I Don't know why it doesn't, but I also have to manually set 4 gpu alternate rendering in the nVidia control panel to even get FurMark to use all 4 GPU's.

hi i just did a benchmark run and got validated.

However im having a VERY HARD TIME BUYING that the first and second ranked people are running single cards slower then the new gen nvidia cards.

Also im having a UBER hard time believing my 2 HD4870X2 system loses to a single 8800GTX and a 8800GTS.

this is my score:

http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/score.php?id=6f5ccc3e5b5919d5282b29361a098604

SO tell me how these guys:
1 OMEN 72049 NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX... Jan 9, 2009
2 climbnonstop 36753 NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 51... Jan 14, 2009

Are ranked above me on single gpu's when im running 2 HD4870X2 watercooled.

Im sorry even if they used a TEC-9 LN2 pot, there is no way they can get scores that high.

4 > 1 anyway you look at it.

And a GTX280 > 8800GTX.  Yet it kills GTX280 scores.

EDIT:  DOH after reading though the forum i see you clean up the scores.  :P

hi guys ( and girls if any ), i just register here and i already got one ? for you . It is about my very low temp in furmark , i recently buy a accelero s1 and since than my gpu temp is pretty low (for a hd4850) . Thing is that i expected at least 60-65°c in furmark but no , my temp is like 45°c which is way to low for furmark so...is my sensor stuck or something , i mean is it possible that sensor lies ? About scores i think they are average for 4850 , for a test i run my gfx at 700/1100 ( 625/993 factory )
