3DVIA Printscreen

With 3DVIA Printscreen you can save in 3D XML and share easily 3d models coming from any application based on d3d8, d3d9 or opengl. It is the equivalent to the Print Screen key but in the 3D world.

Just for the fun, I played with 3DVIA PS and I printscreened one of my demos, the opengl-fur-shaded torus:


and here the Fur.exe_Wed_Jun_27_13-45-12_2007.3dxml generated by 3DVIA printscreen and loaded in 3DVIA XML reader:


I know this opengl demo is a hard test for this kind of soft but at least 3DVIA has exported the geometry  ;D

You might have to install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) before install the 3D XML viewer. Here is a working link at microsoft (the link given by the XML viewer installer doesn't point to the download...):
