another new guy with a couple questions

I found this site a few days ago and have been reading a few articles on the site. I have a couple questions.

I downloaded furmark to get test out my GTS 250. Is there a chart that shows what these scores mean? I see the score submital section, but whats good and what isnt? My GTS 250 got a score of 6120 on a resolution of 1024x768.

Next question. I was interested in the demos but when I downloaded a couple of them to see what this was about I could not get it to run. When I click the demo.exe I get a window that says "hyperion initializing" but then I get a windows error box asking me if I want to "tell micorsoft about the problem" and then it shuts down.

Im just trying to get a feel for what this forum is all about before I start messing with more complex things like coding etc.

Hi,
Hyperion was the first engine created by JeGX
it was followed by Demoniak and
some of the users demos may not stay compatible.

try the latest stable Demoniak version (1.23):

and become GeeXLab  with many more features
(python , post processing...)
