This is my 9600gt
Gpu caps

so nvidia control panel and gpu z sawing 48 stream processors and gpu caps sawing 64 of them why is this defferent.

Indeed it's weird. I didn't know there were geforce 9600 gt with 48 shader cores (the normal value is 64). GPU Caps uses an internal database to fetch the number of shader cores. And maybe there is a variation for your card based on the bios version. Will try to fix that in a next release. Thank for your feedback  ;)
