Download the demo from the mirrors suggested by DriverHeaven.
The benchmark is hidden under video options/performance test.

System: Core2Quad 9450 @ 3.2GHz, NVIDIA 8800GTX Core 600MHz, Vista 64 RC2 v275
Settings: 1680x1050, 8xAA, everything high/on except from HDR which doesn't work in D3D9 mode

D3D10: 16 fps
D3D9: 122 fps

This discrepancy is pretty ridiculous  nop
