9800GTX+ Never passes sanity checK

I have used furmark with previous cards (8600gt and 9800gt) and its worked. But since ive gotten this 9800gtx+ Furmark has never once passed timer sanity check.  And i know im not a cheater  Ive tried with new drivers, and older drivers. ive reinstalled vista(64bit).  This card has problems with new nvidia drivers 181.22 and 180.XX So im using 178.24 @ the moment.  I can sit on stability check for days without crashes or any other problems, but benchmark never seems to work. Well thanks for listening and hopefully some1 can find a fix for me.THANKS

hum... strange indeed...
maybe you have changed something in your network settings (firewall...) during the installation of your 9800 gtx+.
And if you switch back to the 8600 gt, the timer check is happy?
By the way, the first or the last (the one at the end of the benchmark) timer check?

Nope firewall isnt blocking it, and its the check at the end of test.Its give me my score  and all my fps info, but it says timer sanity check fail. this is at stock clocks, overclocks, and even underclocked. Also I no longer have either of my old cards, cuz furmark burnt em. haha naw I sold em both.
