Vista vs. XP with FluidMark

I get a 24xx point drop in FluidMark when I run it under Vista instead of XP. Many are reporting up to 20% to 25% score drop in Vista when running FluidMark. Is this a FluidMark issue or Vista/driver issue?

With which graphics drivers? Aero is enabled/disabled?
