Furmark worked before, not anymore

hi guys!

I have used furmark to get the GPU fast to maximum temperature. Yesterday i installed catalyst 8.11 drivers for my ASUS Radeon 4850. Fired up the furmark and instantly black screen and monitor goes to power save mode. I had to reboot.
I rolled back to 8.10 drivers, but the same problem exists. So i am not even able to choose the resolution etc. before the black screen problem. And furmark was working yesterday!

Any idea what might be the problem? All my games are working fine (crysis, stalker, cod4, hl episode 2 etc).

UPDATE:
I tried Ageia PhysX 7.x demos and they produced the same black screen! So i unistalled Physx and installed Nvidias newest 8.04.25 version. And the demos work now, but furmark doesn't.
And i remembered that i tried Unreal 3 demo yesterday and unistalled it too. I googled that Unreal 3 use physx so maybe unreal have something to do with the black screen problem?
Uninstalled the Physx 8 version and installed 7 version, same black screen with physx 7 demos! So maybe the problem is in my Physx installation, something is messed up and re-install doesn't help.

UPDATE 2:
Tried FluidMark, black screen too. Installed unreal 3 again and unreal works just fine.

UPDATE 3:
Uninstalled physx and used Driver Sweeper to remove all traces of PhysX, furmark still doesn't work

Yes I don't know exactly why, with new versions of Catalyst and Forceware (180.xx) FurMark 1.4.0 has some problems. The new version 1.5.0 fixes all problems. I'll officially release it very very soon. But if you can't wait for, just read wit attention Geeks3D.com RSS Feed and you'll be able to grab it...

Thanks JeGX, i downloaded the 1.5.0 version but the same blank screen said hello. And because 7.x version PhysX demos, Fluidmark and Furmark all end up in blank screen, something is wrong with my system. My problems started when i installed and unistalled Unreal 3 Beta Demo so i can only guess, that it did something naughty. Well i'll try to fix this somehow.

I'm 100% sure that the problem is not related to Furmark. I can't get opengl applications working at all, same blank screen.
