Sorry, not that new, i'm just starting...

The technical university of Munich, Germany has some impressive GPU demos.
Fur lovers here will like the deformable bunny 

Notes for bunny demo:
ATI catalyst users must roll-back OpenGL to version 7.11
Therefore put a copy of atioglxx.dll version 7.11 or older into the same folder as defo.exe
First start takes a while as caches have to be built.
Hit F8 for max. fps and you have kind of a benchmark/GPU burner.
