Wherever there's a bare expanse of wall, someone seems to feel it's there to be filled in. Sometimes it can be a work of art; often just a few words or simply scribbles. Even the better ones are rapidly overlaid by other contributions, until none can actually be read or seen, just the riot of paint, spray and felt pen intermingling.
